We are routinely replacing our conventional machines with new CNC machines. In 2004 we installed a Mazak 250 Lathe and a Bridgeport VMC600 Mill.
Linked to our Virtual Gibbs Programming Software are: the Mazak AJV25 Mill, the Bridgeport VMC1000, 760 and 600 Mills, and the Wintec TC25 Lathe. The two Mazak Lathes, 10N and 250M, are operator programmed.
